Fowl Bluegrass

A mildly sod-forming, winter-hardy perennial. Prefers moist open areas and can be found on most soil types throughout the northern U.S. Sometimes used for lawns. Useful in irrigated pastures, or where moisture is adequate. Requires 18” or more of precipitation for good performance. It can be found at elevations up to 10,000 ft.
